Nathan Kilness

President

Board Member Experience – Nathan currently serves as the President of Eau Claire Babe Ruth Baseball, a position that he has held since 2017.  Prior to being President, Nathan served as Vice-President for 3 years after holding various positions (League Director, Travel Director, Head Umpire) starting in 2014.

Coaching Experience –In 1997 Nathan joined Eau Claire Babe Ruth as a coach in the Junior League.  In 1999 he started being assigned as a Head Coach of ECBR All-Star and travel teams.  During his time with ECBR he has won over 800 games (#800 being a win in the semifinals at the Ohio Valley Regional in 2021), won 7 State Championships, and took a 15U team to the World Series in 2016.

Nathan is also currently an assistant coach at UW-Stout, a position he has held since 2015.  During his time with the Blue Devils he has served as the outfield position coach, pitching coach, and first base coach.

Prior to joining the staff at UW-Stout, Nathan also coached at Lake Holcombe, Eau Claire Regis, and Eleva-Strum high schools.
